In addition to my writing, I am an experienced and qualified teacher and trainer of adults. I teach writing for publication and I train clients to understand the media and to write marketing and publicity materials.

I have also worked as a consultant for marketing projects. I have interviewed customers for testimonial videos, taken part in marketing road shows as a customer adviser, given information to marketing teams on likely customer concerns.
