Heather began her career as a reporter on newspapers in South Wales before moving into magazines in London. After that period she became a freelancer and wrote for all areas of the media, contributing to most national newspapers, a variety of magazines and websites. Heather has authored many books, written reports and information materials. Her main topics cover health, family life and human interest.
